Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties (AARP) is a real estate developer and part of the Al Rostamani Group that has contributed greatly to Dubai’s renowned skyline.
In 1977, amidst Dubai’s transformation, the late founder Abdulla Hassan Al Rostamani conceived the iconic 15-story Al Rostamani Twin Towers, at a time when there were a handful of high-rise buildings on Sheikh Zayed Road. That pivotal project led to the creation of Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties in 2006.
AARP’s journey since then has been fueled by a passion for innovation and an unwavering commitment to shaping the future of the UAE’s urban landscape.
